MELT for Yoga blends two complimentary modalities together to hydrate connective tissue, reduce pain, and increase whole-body flexibility mobility and stability! You will learn how to “MELT” your hands and feet using soft massage balls to hydrate your connective tissue and prepare it for an active Yoga flow.
